The emergency piranha was recently seen at a park in Mumbai. It had been shot dead by police in a raid on the premises of a Mumbai-based NGO. The case comes just days after a Mumbai-based company has filed a complaint with the state government alleging the death of a senior police officer. "On July 26, police went to a park in Mumbai to stop the suspected rapist from killing him, an officer said," the Mumbai-based NGO said in a statement.
